ARC GROW is a caregiver skill building intervention designed to enhance resilient outcomes for families who are impacted by chronic adversity or stress.
Caregivers are provided skills to help manage their home environment and manage their stress levels. ARC GROW is an In Home service that helps care providers of children that deal with trauma.
The program is implemented in 12 session over 12 weeks. Each session includes Psychoeducation and skill practice such as:
Care giver self care
Attunement to the developmental impact of trauma
Supporting child/youth regulation
Effective parenting practices
Strategies for building daily routines
