  • What insurances do you accept?

    We accept a variety of insurance plans including Aetna, Allied Trade, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, Horizon, and United Healthcare.
  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, we provide payment plans for private pay clients. We also accept credit card payments for your convenience.
  • How quickly can I be seen with one of your therapists?

    We currently do not have a waitlist, which means you can schedule an appointment promptly.
  • Can you prescribe medicine?

    Yes, Caring Counselors offers medication management services as part of our comprehensive care approach.
  • Can you treat trauma or grief?

    Our team of professionals is equipped to treat a wide range of psychological conditions, including trauma and grief. We have the necessary expertise to provide effective care in these areas.
  • Do you offer weekend appointments?

    Yes, we offer weekend appointments to accommodate our clients' schedules. These can be arranged upon request.
  • Do you answer calls 24/7?

    We provide 24/7 support. Our team is available to take your calls at any time, day or night.
  • At what age does an adolescent qualify for counseling?

    We provide services for individuals aged 2 to 21 years old. This includes both in-office counseling and telehealth options. For in-home counseling, you'll need to contact Performcare at 877-652-7624. You can request Caring Counselors as your child's home provider. While the process may be extensive, it allows your child to receive in-home therapy from a licensed professional at no cost.
  • How do I get started with in-home services?

    To begin in-home services, follow these steps: 1. Call Performcare at 1 (877) 652-7624. 2. Describe your child's behavioral, mental, or emotional challenges to the representative. You can request Caring Counselors, Inc. as your provider. 3. Performcare will assess the need for intervention. 4. If approved, a licensed clinician from Caring Counselors, Inc. will contact you to schedule an evaluation. 5. The completed evaluation will be submitted to Performcare. 6. Upon approval, a clinician will contact you to schedule therapy sessions.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is not canceled within this timeframe, you will be charged half the out-of-pocket rate for the session. This policy is in place because our therapists reserve that time specifically for you.
